In 2002 Island Energy began as a small humble father and son electrical business, based out of Camperdown in Regional Victoria.
After another brother joined the business and they expanded to Gippsland, Phillip Island, the company was growing quickly and began to set its sights on the renewable energy segment.
In 2009 the decision was made to focus on renewable energy and by 2011 through stringent licensing and accreditation programs we became a dedicated Solar company. Since 2011 the company has evolved to become a highly regarded Solar Retailer & Installer, delivering renewable energy projects end to end.
We pride ourselves on quality and only engage subcontractors where we need to, building long term sustainable careers and jobs for all of our employees.
We directly employ more than 30 people, and indirectly employ another 10 to 15 people Nationally.
We aim to consistently improve our workplace culture and conduct regular social activities and events for our team members. We develop career plans and pathways for team members who show initiative and reward employee effort.
