School Camp goes green: Forest Lodge Farm Camp

Forest Lodge Farm Camp is a school camp and accommodation venue that hosts a wide range of groups including schools, universities, families and community groups. The property is located in Jack River in East Gippsland. The total system cost $23,554.55 but after government rebates that Island Energy helped to secure including -$7,410.00 federal rebate as well as the ACA member discount and the Solar Victoria Small Business Rebate of -$3,500.00 and the Solar Victoria Interest Free Loan of -$5,000.00 the final upfront cost was just $10,000.00 which will pay for itself within 2.5 years.
