About Sungrow

Sungrow have released a range of 3 phase (SHRT) and single-phase (SHRS) hybrid inverters for the Australian and New Zealand markets that can, when used with the Sungrow SBR modular battery, operate electrical appliances when the grid goes down

The single phase hybrid inverters can also operate appliances even without a battery. The inverters can provide power to appliances when sufficient solar generation is available.

For times when there is insufficient solar generation (ie at night, inclement weather, early morning, late afternoon) the Sungrow SBR modular battery can be installed as the energy supply.

The Sungrow battery can be charged using excess solar energy generated during the day for use at times when there is insufficient solar.
